At KC Turbos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance fashion; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
